About The Position
The Cultivation IPM Technician measures and blends our proprietary solutions along with application of those solutions. The entry-level position offers the opportunity to learn and grow with the Company from the ground up, and to take on increasing levels of responsibility over time. This role will report directly to the cultivation supervisor and work on-site at our facility in Riverbank, Ca.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
- Ability to work productively independently within a team environment.
- Math required for inventory, projections, and measurements.
- Exhibit the ability to work well within the organization and with others.
- Complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner required.
- Follow established Company policies required.
- Close visual focus required.
- This position occasionally requires the extended and repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers to apply solution with our sprayer.
- Valid Driver’s License and be a minimum of 21 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Apply IPM sprays in cultivation rooms following strict SOP.
- Mix IPM solutions from recipes.
- Operate and clean spray equipment.
- Monitor parameters such as EC, PPM, PH, and Water Temperature of solutions.
- Maintain continuous inventory of supplies and report needs to manager or lead.
- Restock supplies in common spaces as needed.
- Comply with all health and safety standards including those of the Organization, Public Health Department and other governing entities.
- Report unusual occurrences or damage.
- Other cultivation duties as assigned.
