Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- State pesticide applicators license (training and state certifications provided for non-licensed new hires).
- Pass the pre-employment background check.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work full-time, with overtime during the busy season.
- Frequently required to stand, walk and sit.
- Occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
- May require the use of ladders for specific service.
- Ability to maneuver and operate a ladder.
- Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
Responsibilities
- Perform pest management services.
- Provide excellent customer service from initial greeting to final thank you.
- Communicate clearly and drive safely.
- Stay ahead of the day’s tasks with strong planning and awareness.
- Represent the company professionally.
