The IPEC Technician will perform equipment inspections, tests, calibrations, and servicing on-site. This role involves cleaning, disassembling, inspecting, repairing, and replacing worn or damaged components according to training and company procedures. The technician will also be responsible for identifying and segregating faulty equipment, documenting limitations and abuse, and completing I/A reports for equipment that cannot be serviced on-site. Maintaining inventories, ensuring accurate documentation of equipment serial and tag numbers, and organizing client files are key duties. The role requires meeting customer equipment needs by communicating with shop foreman/operations management and maintaining comprehensive records, including equipment distribution and maintenance logs, incident reports for non-conforming or missing equipment, and providing equipment utilization information to clients.
