IP Patent Associate
About The Position
The Firm seeks to hire a mid-to-senior-level associate with patent experience, preferably focused on patent disputes, to strengthen our Intellectual Property (IP) practice. This role will also support our patent prosecution and patent transactions practices. The ideal candidate should have meaningful experience in patent matters and will be expected to support complex intellectual property disputes, including patent, trademark, copyright, false advertising, unfair competition, and trade secret matters, as well as related licensing and commercial disputes. In addition, the associate will assist with patent application drafting and transactional patent matters. An engineering background is essential. We are seeking a skilled, collaborative, and hard-working professional who is ready to contribute to the success of our team. The candidate must be Texas Bar qualified or can demonstrate they can waive into the Texas Bar.
