This role is for an experienced legal support professional who wants to take ownership of the legal support function, improve existing workflows, and help build the systems at Hylton-Rodic Law. The position operates as the central operator of the legal support function, involving intake, docketing, patent filings, matter management, client communication, and guiding legal assistant workflows. It is a hands-on role with significant ownership and requires identifying and improving how work is tracked and completed. Success will be measured by workflow reliability, accuracy, team leverage, system improvement, and leadership impact. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership impact by reducing the need for CEO/Ops oversight. Within 30 days, the individual will be executing work and understanding current workflows. By 60 days, they will be owning workflows and beginning to improve them. By 90 days, they will be acting as a bridge between legal, ops, and assistants, reducing friction, and providing structure and visibility.
