Requirements

  • Prior work experience in a biotechnology practice
  • Degree in a life sciences technology area (biochemistry, biology, chemistry, biomedical science, chemical engineering, molecular biology, pharmacy, or the like)
  • Independent thinker with the capacity to assume increasing responsibility
  • Strong research, writing, and analytic skills
  • Strong management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and creatively
  • Ability to work successfully as part of a team
  • Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
  • Admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location

Nice To Haves

  • Prior work experience handling and preferably managing Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharmaceutical cases in district court or before the PTAB
