About The Position

This position is for an IP Litigation/Life Sciences Associate with prior work experience in a biotechnology practice. The role requires a degree in a life sciences technology area and offers the opportunity to assume increasing responsibility within a successful litigation practice. Requirements

• Prior work experience in a biotechnology practice
• Degree in a life sciences technology area (biochemistry, biology, chemistry, biomedical science, chemical engineering, molecular biology, pharmacy, or the like)
• Strong research, writing, and analytic skills
• Ability to manage and mentor more junior associates
• Strong management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and creatively
• Ability to work successfully as part of a team
• Strong academic credentials from an accredited law school
• Admitted to the state bar of their preferred office location

Nice To Haves

• Prior work experience handling and preferably managing Hatch-Waxman, biosimilar, or competitor pharmaceutical cases in district court or before the PTAB
