About The Position

Greenberg Traurig is seeking an IP associate or Patent agent to join its dynamic Boston Intellectual Property group. The associate or agent will have the opportunity to work with clients, large and small, from a variety of industries across the country, including interacting with GT attorneys across our global platform. We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background in the biological sciences, and a commitment to providing exceptional client service.

Requirements

• Registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
• A Ph.D. in Biology, Molecular Biology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Immunology, Chemistry, or a related discipline is required.
• Excellent academic credentials
• Outstanding organizational and communication skills (written and oral)
• Leadership skills
• Comfortable working directly with clients
• Ability to work well with others
• Admitted to the patent bar
• Associate candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar or eligible for admission to the Massachusetts Bar.
