About The Position

Apple’s Health team is seeking a senior-level, energetic, self-driven software engineer to lead health features by expanding the capabilities of iOS and watchOS. The role offers the opportunity to shape upcoming features for Apple customers and collaborate with specialists to expand the functionality of the Health app and other health features on iOS and Apple Watch, while supporting Apple’s broader health-related efforts. The position requires strong technical and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• iOS development experience.
• Experience with both Objective-C and Swift.
• Experience with iOS frameworks such as UIKit.
• Proven software architecture experience.
• 7+ years of industry experience.
• BS in Computer Science.

• Ability to understand and break down large features into complete solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well with engineers at all levels and other teams.
• Familiarity with wellness or medical concepts.
