About The Position
The IOP/PHP Therapist works with individuals to help them overcome psychological/emotional issues as well as substance abuse issues. The IOP/PHP Therapist will demonstrate the ability to perform group, individual and family therapy. They will also perform psychosocial assessment and formulate treatment plans based on individuals needs. The therapist will be able to recognize crisis situations and provide interventions. Ability to work collaboratively with peers, administrators, physicians, and allied staff is a must.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree from accredited school in Social Work, or Mental Health Counseling.
- LMHC or LCSW in Florida required.
- One (1) year of experience working in a Behavioral Health Center or psychiatric counseling setting with adults and/or children.
Responsibilities
