About The Position
Westwind Recovery is seeking an IOP Technician to support clients in their treatment and recovery journey. The IOP Technician plays a key role in ensuring client safety, assisting with daily activities, and helping clients stay engaged in their treatment plans.
Requirements
- Valid CA driver's license with a clean driving record (no violations in last 3 years) – must qualify for company insurance
- Ability to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Nice To Haves
- Experience in behavioral health or recovery setting preferred
Responsibilities
- Safely transport clients to and from appointments, meetings, and activities (driving is essential)
- May be required to drive long distances on certain days
- Keep company vehicles and facilities clean and safe (cleaning is essential)
- Monitor clients for safety, compliance, and participation in treatment
- Assist with groups, documentation, and daily operations
