About The Position

Admiral Beverage is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated environmental technician to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of sanitation tasks that support the daily operations of the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively. Requirements

Ability to effectively communicate to all levels of team production, Maintenance, Warehouse and Transportation teams.
Ability to perform basic functions of math.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED Preferred.
Previous experience with Cleaning Solutions and Chemicals a plus.

Responsibilities

Keeps office building, production perimeter areas, and exterior grounds in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs, office space and restrooms.
Replaces and cleans lights and light fixtures.
Cleans all glass in doors, windows, and dividers.
Empty trash and garbage receptacles daily.
Replaces air conditioner filters.
Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.
Dusts and cleans furnishings, office equipment, plants, and fixtures.
Other duties may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or other supervisor at any time.
