The IOP Coordinator will support the overall operational efficiency and administrative workflow of the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) by coordinating schedules, maintaining accurate program records and documentation, and tracking client attendance. The IOP Coordinator serves as a key administrative liaison between clinicians, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless communication, optimal group capacity, and compliance with documentation standards under the direction of the IOP Manager.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in Spanish preferred
  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the IOP Manager with IOP scheduling, group coordination, and other administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate IOP spreadsheets, group rosters, referral forms, attendance records, and program documentation
  • Track group psychotherapy attendance and follow up with clinicians regarding missing or incomplete attendance documentation
  • Update group referral sheets and assist with assigning clients to appropriate groups as directed by the IOP Manager
  • Monitor group capacity, client start and end dates, and group availability to support accurate scheduling and program tracking
  • Manage non-clinical IOP-related communication with referral sources, Athena staff, and clients, including routine follow-ups and administrative reminders
  • Complete additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned by the IOP Manager
