About The Position

This position involves carrying out intraoperative monitoring of EEG during surgical procedures to assist the surgeon in preventing neurological deficits. Additionally, the role includes performing routine procedures in the Clinic or hospital EEG laboratories when not in the operating room. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Graduate of an accredited institution for neurodiagnostic technology or 2 years equivalent neurodiagnostic tech experience.
• Computer skills required.
• Ability to work independently and shows proficiency in troubleshooting.
• Must have current certification in Basic Life Support.

Nice To Haves

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Experience in routine diagnostic testing is preferred.
• The Certification Examination in Neurophysiologic Intraoperative Monitoring is strongly encouraged.
