About The Position

Requirements

  • CNIM certified or CNIM-eligible
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • Minimum 1 year of IONM experience
  • Strong foundation in neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
  • AHA CPR certified
  • Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in neuroscience or a related field
  • Experience with advanced neuromonitoring modalities

Responsibilities

  • Protect Patients. Partner with Surgeons. Make a Difference.
  • Meet with patients before the first incision, review their history, and explain what neuromonitoring means for their safety.
  • Continuously read electrophysiological data, spotting early warning signs, and alerting the surgical team in real time.
  • Work side-by-side with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff, influencing surgical decisions and patient outcomes.
  • Interpret complex waveforms, correlate findings with surgical events, and document everything with precision.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
