About The Position

Be a Guardian in the Operating Room. Sign-on bonus available. IOM Technologist | MPOWERHealth. Every surgery has a team protecting the patient. You are the one protecting their nervous system. Requirements

CNIM certified or CNIM-eligible
Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
Minimum 1 year of IONM experience
Strong foundation in neuroanatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology
AHA CPR certified
Valid Driver's License

Nice To Haves

Advanced degree in neuroscience or a related field
Experience with advanced neuromonitoring modalities

Responsibilities

Protect Patients. Partner with Surgeons. Make a Difference.
Meet with patients before the first incision, review their history, and explain what neuromonitoring means for their safety.
Continuously read electrophysiological data, spotting early warning signs, and alerting the surgical team in real time.
Work side-by-side with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff, influencing surgical decisions and patient outcomes.
Interpret complex waveforms, correlate findings with surgical events, and document everything with precision.
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
