Requirements

  • Production-level Python programming with a deep understanding of advanced software design patterns.
  • Hands-on AWS experience managing core cloud services (e.g., S3, EC2, Lambda, RDS, and containerized deployments).
  • Proven track record with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform, for multi-environment resource provisioning.
  • Solid database expertise, including schema design, query optimization, and management of both relational (SQL) and non-relational (NoSQL) databases.
  • Experience building distributed systems and high-throughput data processing workflows.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and non-technical business clients.
  • Proven mentorship capability, comfortably running daily standups, guiding junior developers, and setting code quality standards

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute robust RESTful APIs and scalable data engineering pipelines using Python and distributed computing frameworks.
  • Lead infrastructure management by provisioning, scaling, and optimizing AWS cloud resources via Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).
  • Translate high-level concepts into concrete, production-ready Low-Level Designs (LLD) optimized for performance and database efficiency.
  • Act as the primary technical liaison, collaborating daily with clients and external stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify business needs.
  • Drive engineering excellence through daily mentorship, technical guidance, and rigorous peer code reviews.
