Invoicing of trucks correctly and in a timely manner along with 3 rd party trucking and other miscellaneous invoices as needed. Process and Post Home Deposit and Amazon ACH payments along with other ACH payments as assigned. Friendly, upbeat engaged positive approach with both internal and external customers Take an active role in GGOB, Brand Harmony and Company Core Values Communicate effectively with manager and team members Accountability – understand the requirements to meet all timelines and expectations with a positive attitude. Engage with management and other team members to develop a positive culture of accountability. Additional Responsibilities : Assist with cash receipts posting as needed. Assist with scanning checks for remote check deposits or other deposits as requested . Folding and mailing statements, calling customers to collect money or other related tasks as requested. Continued cross-training to be cable to cover when other team members are out of the office and to be able to assist more during the off season. Examples: Setting up new customers, running credit cards for customers, releasing loads, etc. Maintain digital customer registration files and tax-exempt forms by state.
