Wallace Montgomery is searching for an Accounting Invoicing Specialist to join our team in our Hunt Valley, Maryland office. As an accounting specialist you will be responsible for performing and supporting the firm’s billing, invoicing, and project accounting functions with minimal supervision. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate and timely invoices, sub-consultant and joint venture billing, and work-in-process reporting. The role provides direct support to the Vice President, assists with financial reporting and analysis related to projects, and serves as a key liaison across departments. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, experience with Deltek Vantagepoint, and working knowledge of payroll processes are essential.
