About The Position

Scott Electric has a current opening at our Greensburg, PA, location for a Full-Time Invoicing Clerk M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm. Requirements

High School Diploma
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Self-starter with strong motivation and initiative
Must submit a background check and drug testing

Nice To Haves

Minimum of 1 year of computer skills/data entry experience

Responsibilities

Process invoices, cash, credit cards, and packing slips for various branches
Apply cash and credit card payments accurately across branches
Communicate and collaborate with other departments such as customer service, warehouse, sales, and transportation to ensure accurate billing
