About The Position

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Invoicing Analyst. This is a Full Time - Contract position with a duration of 12 Months. The role is located in Atlanta, GA. As an Invoicing Analyst, you will review and validate vendor invoices for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with negotiated contractual terms, rate cards, and service level agreements. You will investigate invoice discrepancies by analyzing billing data, contract language, and usage details, identifying root causes of recurring errors or non-compliant invoicing behaviors. Additionally, you will document findings, trends, and corrective actions, and recommend process or control improvements to strengthen invoice accuracy and financial governance.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in analysis or a relevant quantitative field
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with ability to present complex data findings in clear, concise manner using Microsoft product suite

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with analytics and/or financial systems.
Undergraduate degree or prior work experience in Finance, Accounting or quantitative fields.
