The Customer Service Clerk is an integral part of the Repair and Maintenance team. As part of the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) team, you will be responsible for working with the Repair Technician to build out an invoice that accurately indicates repairs needed, and repair pricing. You’ll work closely with Customer Service and the MRO team to ensure accurate and timely invoices to help the team achieve an above-standard turnaround time for repairs. As the Customer Service Clerk, you’ll be responsible for entering accurate information into our ERP system that will drive repair orders and planned work, as well as interfacing with internal customers with a variety of related requirements. General duties consist of clerical duties associated with typing and filing, maintaining customer records, and functions related to customer service.
