About The Position

We are looking for an Invoice Analyst to join the team! The Invoice Analyst ensures accurate, timely processing of third-party cold storage invoices while supporting monthly reporting and data analysis needs. This role maintains rate documentation, prepares accruals, resolves discrepancies, and contributes to continuous process improvement across the invoice management function. This role will be based at our Corporate Office in Greeley, CO.

• Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Nice To Haves

• Accounts payable experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze invoices submitted for payment, and reconcile any errors in a timely manner to keep accounts current
• Maintain rate database of all third-party accounts
• Compile monthly accrual report for company business units
• Develop and run reports and analysis related to Invoice Management
• Responsible for compiling data and identifying and quantifying opportunities, and recommending improvements
• Continuous implementation of process improvement of inventory and warehousing functions
• Initiate claims collections from third party warehouses
• Other duties as assigned
