Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
- Knowledge of Fund Administration
- Two years’ experience in the Financial Services industry strongly preferred
- Ability to work towards and meet agreed deadlines
- Ability to work independently and also be a strong team contributor
- Highly organized and motivated individual with an acute attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-starter who volunteers for new opportunities and projects
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent interpersonal with effective written and verbal communications skills
Responsibilities
- Enhance client relationships with exceptional customer service
- Processing financial and non-financial investment transactions
- Respond to phone and email inquiries from Advisors, Dealers, and Fund Managers in a timely manner
- Analyze complex issues or requests to determine best course of action
- Faxing trade rejects and other requests
- Document Scanning and filing
- Other duties as assigned
