About The Position

Provide world class service within our call center by applying industry and company knowledge to our investors’ needs. Answer account questions, process purchase, redemptions, exchanges and other account transactions over the phone. Help investors navigate and trouble shoot online issues utilizing your trained expertise of the Janus Henderson website. Identify and seek marketing campaign opportunities. Resolve problems and correct complex errors identified by the investor or representative. Meet & exceed productivity and quality metrics of call scoring. Carry out other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • College degree OR equivalent work experience preferred
  • FINRA SIE, Series 6, and 63 licensed (must be obtained within 9 months of hire)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a dedication to providing world class customer service
  • Ability to adapt to investor communication style while servicing our diverse client base
  • Strong willingness to learn and ask questions
  • Must have a high degree of self-motivation and ability to be self-sufficient in utilizing available resources
  • Attention to detail and ability to exercise discretion and judgement in helping investors by applying our processes, policies, and procedures
  • Must be proficient in service, retirement, and product related questions within 9 months of hire or contract conversion
  • Ability to work 40-hour work week, Monday through Friday 7 am – 4pm with occasional mandatory overtime
  • You should be willing to adhere to the provisions of our Investment Advisory Code of Ethics related to personal securities activities and other disclosure and certification requirements, including past political contributions and political activities.
  • Applicants’ past political contributions or activity may impact applicants’ eligibility for this position.
  • You will be expected to understand the regulatory obligations of the firm, and abide by the regulated entity requirements and JHI policies applicable for your role.
