About The Position

As an Investor Relations Specialist at Intel, you will help drive the company's engagement with the investor community, to support a best-in-class global Investor Relations function. This role offers direct exposure to executive leadership and responsibility for engaging with institutional investors and sell-side analysts worldwide. The ideal candidate combines strong financial acumen, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills, with a deep interest in global capital markets and technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience or Master's degree Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business with 3 + years of relevant experience.
  • Strong financial modeling and Excel proficiency; experience with PowerPoint and data visualization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive-level polish.
  • High attention to detail; skills to handle confidential information and tight deadlines.
  • Proven skills to build trust-based cross-functional internal teams.
  • Adept at handling inquiries under pressure and maintaining confidentiality where required.
  • Strong organizational skills to juggle multiple deliverables and deadlines, especially during earnings season.
  • High ethical standards and sound judgment.
  • Integrity and compliance with Intel's disclosure policies and SEC regulations are imperative.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements for public company communications (SEC regulations, Reg FD, etc.) and basic legal concepts around disclosure.
  • Investor relations tools knowledge: Experience with IR platforms (investor websites, CRM for IR, earnings call/webcast systems) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Understanding of the semiconductor or technology sector is a plus, to contextualize Intel's strategy and performance for investors.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze quarterly and annual financial results, operating metrics, and long-term strategic initiatives to support external messaging.
  • Build and maintain financial models, peer benchmarking, valuation analyses, and investor targeting tools.
  • Monitor market trends, shareholder composition, analyst research, and competitor disclosures; synthesize insights for senior leadership.
  • Monitor stock performance, analyst reports, and market trends.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and peer benchmarking.
  • Provide insights into investor sentiment and market expectations.
  • Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, fact sheets, and FAQs.
  • Respond to inquiries from analysts and investors.
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all investor-facing materials.
  • Ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant messaging across global investor communications.
  • Coordinate with Legal, Finance, Corporate Strategy, and Communications teams to align disclosures and narratives.
  • Assist in organizing earnings calls, investor conferences, and roadshows.
  • Prepare briefing materials for senior executives ahead of investor meetings.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements (e.g., SEC filings, disclosure rules).
  • Support accurate and timely dissemination of financial information.
  • Maintain investor databases and track shareholder composition.
  • Analyze trading activity and ownership trends.
  • Support long-term IR strategy, including global investor outreach, ESG engagement, and capital allocation messaging.
  • Track feedback from investors and analysts and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Assist with special projects such as Mergers and Acquisitions related investor communications, capital markets transactions, and major corporate announcements.
