About The Position

The Investor Relations (IR) Operations Manager is responsible for supporting the execution, coordination, and optimization of investor relations activities. This role bridges finance, communications, and executive leadership to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent messaging to investors, analysts, and stakeholders. The position focuses on operational excellence, data management, reporting processes, and investor engagement logistics.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of financial statements and capital markets
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and IR/CRM tools
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the hiring country (United States or Canada)
  • Experience in a public company environment
  • Familiarity with SEC reporting and disclosure requirements
  • Experience with investor targeting and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day IR operations, including investor inquiries, meeting coordination, and communication workflows
  • Support quarterly earnings processes
  • Assist in preparing and distributing investor communications such as earnings releases, presentations, and newsletters
  • Respond to routine investor inquiries or route them to appropriate team members
  • Maintain and update investor databases, CRM systems, and shareholder records
  • Track analyst coverage, consensus estimates, and investor feedback
  • Track investor interactions, meeting notes, and feedback
  • Prepare reports on investor activity, ownership trends, and market sentiment
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across investor materials and public disclosures
  • Partner with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Identify and implement improvements to IR workflows, tools, and reporting processes
  • Manage IR platforms, tools, and vendor relationships (e.g., CRM, analytics tools)
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for IR activities
  • Work closely with Finance, Corporate Communications, Legal, and Executive Leadership
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
