About The Position

The Investments Operations Supervisor leads a team of investment operations professionals and serves as a knowledgeable point of escalation for operational questions. The role focuses on developing team members with integrity, care, and excellence while ensuring investment operations are accurate, efficient, compliant, and aligned with company goals. The supervisor monitors operational data, maintains controls over investment data, collaborates across departments, and communicates with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in investment operations.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
