About The Position

The Investments Operations Supervisor leads a team of investment operations professionals, serves as a knowledgeable point of escalation for operational questions, and supports team members’ development. The role is part of Frost Investment Services and emphasizes integrity, caring, and excellence. The supervisor oversees accurate and efficient processing of investment transactions, monitors operational data, works with other departments, and develops procedures and controls to protect the integrity of investment data. The role also includes training and guiding team members, resolving issues with internal and external stakeholders, and staying informed about industry developments and regulations to support compliance.

Requirements

At least 4 years of experience in investment operations.
Excellent organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
