The Senior Investments Manager will be responsible for managing and owning the diligence process for new investment opportunities at QTS. This role involves managing internal processes for the investments group to ensure timely and accurate responses, building better systems for tracking deals, contacts, and information across the organization for real estate investment optimization, and developing and owning financial models to support company acquisitions, financings (joint-venture, equity initiatives, etc.), land, asset, and operating company acquisitions/dispositions. The role also includes assisting in managing projects from identification through completion, coordinating due diligence teams, and underwriting models. Researching market data and cost information to drive meaningful decision analytics for senior management, project management of financial items through transactions, and management of P&L to closing documents are also key responsibilities. Cross-team coordination both pre and post-closing is essential. The role requires keen skills in real estate, finance, modeling, and technology, along with the ability to lead through influence and communicate with an executive team.
