About The Position
Northleaf Capital Partners is seeking driven professionals for its Investment team, from Associate to Director level. The firm invests across private equity, private credit, and infrastructure, offering exposure to rigorous investment processes, analytical challenges, and contributions to a global platform. While not actively hiring for specific roles at this moment, they maintain a database of qualified candidates for future opportunities.
Requirements
- Experience in investment banking, infrastructure, private equity, financial services, or management consulting.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced financial modeling capabilities.
- Excellent judgment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
- Highly self-motivated and proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Play a key role across all stages of the investment process: screening, due diligence, and monitoring.
- Build and review dynamic financial models to forecast long-term cash flows.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and industry research to support investment decisions.
- Assist in asset management and internal valuations for existing investments.
