This position operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring 3 days per week in the office in Philadelphia, PA. The Platform Solutions department supports strategic initiatives and Trading, Portfolio Management, and Compliance within the organization. It comprises Investment Management Services, Performance Measurement, Investment Systems, and Technology teams. The Investment Systems team serves as a liaison between the business and technical communities, working with both internal development teams and external software vendors.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio)
• Basic understanding of equity and fixed income products
• Flexibility and quick learning

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with SQL a plus
• Familiarity with data visualization applications (ex: PowerBI, Sisense)

Responsibilities

• Ensure the success of high-priority and strategic tactical initiatives by leveraging data-driven approaches
• Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI and to support reporting and analytics needs for investment management projects
• Provide technology support for fixed income, equity trading, and compliance
• Assist Private Wealth and Technology teams across multiple investment-related projects
• Partner with development teams to gather business requirements and assist with software development, especially for data-centric solutions
