About The Position

Marcus & Millichap is seeking established producers in investment sales to join their platform. This role offers the opportunity to leverage the company's resources, including the largest pool of qualified buyers, unmatched access to capital, and proprietary technology, to scale your business and close more deals. You will represent buyers and sellers in commercial real estate investment property sales, source new business, advise clients on strategy, and manage negotiations and deal execution.

Requirements

• Active track record in commercial real estate investment sales
• Established client relationships and sound transaction judgment
• Self-directed, with the drive to grow your production on a platform built for scale
• Motivated by a collaborative, high-volume environment
• Active real estate license in the state where you work

Responsibilities

• Representing buyers and sellers in the sale of commercial real estate investment properties
• Sourcing and winning new business through your network and market expertise
• Advising owners and investors on pricing, positioning, and execution strategy
• Managing negotiations and deal execution from engagement through closing
• Collaborating with specialists across markets and product types
