About The Position

The Wax Injector Operator must be able to complete all operations and operate the equipment efficiently when making wax pattern product. This role involves maintaining quality on all patterns, solubles, gating, sprues, and sub-assemblies, as well as keeping dies clean and properly stored. The operator will be responsible for meeting efficiency standards and maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work area. Following procedures, safety rules, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) is crucial. Additional training may be required to comply with SOPs and certifications.

Requirements

• Meet or exceed defined Visual Acuity (when required).
• Meet color perception standards needed in performance of job requirements (when required).
• Additional training to comply with applicable SOP/Certifications (when required).

Responsibilities

• Keep wax and soluble melting pots filled at all times.
• Clean plugs.
• Maintain quality on all patterns, solubles, gating, sprues, and sub-assemblies.
• Keep all dies clean after completing each job and stored in proper area.
• Meet the specific requirements of the efficiency standards.
• Keep the work area in a clean, orderly, and safe working condition.
• Follow procedures and all safety rules.
• Comply with all applicable Standard Operating Procedures.
• Perform all other duties assigned by supervision.
