About The Position

An Investment Operations Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining client accounts, both directly and through leadership of a team, ensuring smooth operations, and delivering excellent customer service. They act as the primary point of contact between the company and its clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting account growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (some roles accept associate degrees or high school diploma with relevant experience)
• 2+ years in accounting or customer service roles
• Experience with CRM systems (SalesForce preferred)
• Proficiency in accounting software, CRM, and data management tools
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions
• Ability to handle difficult situations professionally and maintain high service standards
• Remain in a stationary position for extended periods while performing computer-based work.
• Frequently operate a computer, telephone, and other standard office equipment.
• Occasionally move throughout the office environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, visitors, vendors, and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide ongoing support via phone, email, or in-person to ensure successful onboarding and engagement of clients
• Maintain accurate account information, update records, and manage customer data in assigned territories
• Identify, investigate, and resolve customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Work with sales, marketing, engineering, and product teams to improve services and meet customer needs
• Prepare reports, quotes, and documentation for clients and internal stakeholders
• Strengthen client relationships to promote retention and drive new business
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, standards, and company policies
