About The Position
Bain Capital’s Spring 2027 Co-op Program will run from January 12, 2027 to June 25, 2027. Participation for the full duration of the program is required. Candidates who are unable to commit to the entire program period should not apply. Requirements
- Detail-oriented, conscientious and energetic professional with ability to think creatively
- Ability to prioritize responsibilities and work under deadlines
- Ability to read and decipher complex legal documents
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with capacity to interact with outside parties and personnel across all levels of the firm
- Dedicated team player with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through skills
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily custodian reporting with third party reconciliation provider
- Daily reconciliation of cash and assets to internal systems and custodians
- Daily processing and monitoring of portfolio activity including Bank Loan rate resets, income and corporate actions processing
- Preparation of daily fund reports sent to Credit finance teams
- Preparation of various weekly and monthly reports
- Time sensitive ad hoc responsibilities as various requests arise
