About The Position

This is a full-time Spring co-op running from January through June. As an Investment Compliance Co-op, you'll work directly with our Compliance team across investment and trading compliance, regulatory reporting, and data quality, helping ensure the rules the firm operates under are reflected accurately in the systems and processes we use every day. This is a hands-on seat close to the action: you'll test and document system upgrades, support regulatory reviews and certifications, work with data that drives compliance rules, and use automation and AI tools to make recurring processes more reliable and efficient. As you build context, you'll also take ownership of a longer-term project and gain exposure to trading systems, the trade lifecycle, security master data, and Operations workflows. This opportunity is a great fit for someone who's precise and comfortable diving into the details, enjoys understanding how rules translate into real processes and systems, and brings a data-minded and technically curious approach to problem-solving. You should be comfortable working through documentation, spotting when something doesn't look right, testing assumptions, and using basic technical tools to automate or streamline repeatable work.

  • Comfortable using basic automation, AI tools, and similar technology to streamline repeatable work
