About The Position

Innova Solutions has a client that is actively seeking to hire an experienced Investment Operations Analyst professional for an immediate opening. This role involves reviewing and processing advisory account setup and maintenance requests with a high degree of accuracy, ensuring account information is accurately established and maintained within the system of record. The analyst will validate account coding, data entry, and account information to ensure operational accuracy. The position requires moving through different operational areas over the duration of the project based on business and project requirements. The role also supports ongoing Activity and InvestCloud initiatives, including project implementation and process transition activities. The analyst will review and analyze business requirements, assist with translating requirements into operational processes, and identify process improvement opportunities and potential operational risks, control gaps, and process vulnerabilities, escalating them appropriately. Collaboration with Account Opening & Maintenance, Advisory teams, business partners, and technology teams is essential, as is balancing day-to-day operational responsibilities with testing, project, and implementation deliverables.

Requirements

Ability to quickly learn new processes, systems, and workflows and adapt to changing project requirements.
Experience with advisory account processing, account maintenance, brokerage operations, or financial services operations is a plus.
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar technologies is preferred.
Experience supporting system implementations, process improvement initiatives, UAT/testing, or business projects is a plus.
This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

Nice To Haves

QA or testing experience, including reviewing test results, documenting issues, collecting screenshots, and escalating defects, is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Identify potential operational risks, control gaps, and process vulnerabilities and escalate them appropriately.
Collaborate with Account Opening & Maintenance, Advisory teams, business partners, and technology teams.
Balance day-to-day operational responsibilities with testing, project, and implementation deliverables.
