About The Position

Serves as the overall accountability office for the TD&O portfolio — anchored in the Measurement stage of the TD&O Investment Lifecycle. Manages realized savings and where they are reallocated, measures the financial outcomes of investments to confirm whether targeted savings were delivered, and manages reallocation of forecast based on anticipated savings and opportunities. Carries forward the TD&O's self-funding engine, lifecycle governance, and Line-of-Credit mechanism.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience.
Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in business operations or related professional roles.
Strong knowledge of business processes, technology applications, and operational management.
Proficiency in standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, technology, or related field.
Experience in savings management, portfolio accountability, or financial outcome measurement with Finance validation and change control.
Familiarity with self-funding save levers (AI/automation, vendor, labor, portfolio rationalization, onshore-to-offshore) and savings lifecycle governance (Identified → In Progress → Confirmed → Realized).

As applicable, drives strategic alignment and operational excellence by guiding key external partnerships and leading cost‑optimization efforts that enhance financial performance and support organizational objectives.
Ensures compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards.
Communicates operational status, risks, and improvement plans to senior stakeholders and leadership.
Provides coaching, guidance, and leadership to junior team members and supports their professional development.
