This Summer Internship Program gives college students a genuine look at how investment teams research opportunities, analyze markets, and make decisions across public and private investments.

Requirements

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field, with an expected graduation date of Summer 2028.
  • Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in financial markets and investing through coursework, student organizations, independent research, or related experiences.
  • Foundational understanding of financial statements, business analysis, and investment concepts.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret financial and market data.
  • Enjoy digging into complex questions and developing thoughtful conclusions supported by evidence.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and in conversation.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage priorities independently while collaborating with a team.
  • Demonstrate integrity, dependability, and respect for confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with a willingness to learn new tools and technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Research market themes, industry sectors, and individual securities to support investment analysis.
  • Partner with portfolio managers and investment analysts on research projects, portfolio reviews, and ongoing team initiatives.
  • Prepare written research reports and presentations and share your findings with members of the investment team.
  • Assist the alternatives team with due diligence and underwriting of potential private investment opportunities.
  • Participate in investment team discussions and meetings with external fund managers to evaluate prospective investments.
  • Contribute to research projects and special assignments across the investment management division.
  • Gain exposure to both public equity investing and private market strategies, building a broader understanding of the investment landscape.
