About The Position

Join WTW’s Investment team for a summer internship where you will be working alongside experienced investment professionals to analyze information, solve client problems, and communicate investment insights. You will work with supportive teams across investment research, portfolio management and client consulting, build practical analytical and presentation skills, and learn how institutional investors make portfolio decisions in a collaborative environment. No specific major is required. We welcome candidates who are curious about financial markets and interested in learning. WTW’s Investment business helps institutional investors make better investment decisions through advice, investment management services, and specialized tools. We advise more than 1,200 clients globally on over $2.6 trillion in assets, helping them achieve better and more sustainable outcomes.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree within the confirmed graduation window.
  • Accepting applications from candidates that graduate with a bachelor’s or master’s degree between December 2027 through June 2028.
  • Meets the work-authorization requirements stated for this opportunity.
  • Curiosity about financial markets and an eagerness to learn.
  • An analytical and thoughtful approach to solving problems.
  • Written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate, stay organized, and follow through on commitments.
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets and presentations, or a willingness to develop these skills.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.0

Nice To Haves

  • Interest in pursuing the CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) is desired for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Research investment managers and strategies, organize findings, and help teams compare potential investment ideas.
  • Analyze portfolio or performance information using spreadsheets and internal tools.
  • Support teams in preparing reports and presentation materials for client meetings.
  • Participate in team discussions and contribute questions, observations, and ideas.
  • Gain exposure to how investment advice is delivered and how client relationships are managed.
