About The Position

Requirements
- Graduation Year: Expected 2029
- Strong academic achievement and demonstrated excellence in extracurricular pursuits.
- Highly motivated, intellectually curious, and capable of thriving in a demanding, team-oriented environment.
- Superior organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Passion for financial markets is required; prior finance or business coursework is not mandatory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with data analytics strongly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Supporting investment professionals in analyzing portfolio manager data and performance.
- Assisting in the creation of presentations and research materials.
- Learning the fundamentals of equity investing, equity capital markets, and market-neutral strategies.
- Participating in team discussions and contributing ideas to investment processes.
- Taking on day-to-day tasks that support portfolio managers and analysts.
