About The Position
Aligned Talent Acquisition is actively partnering with AmLaw 50, AmLaw 100, AmLaw 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Philadelphia seeking Investment Funds Associate Attorneys. This role involves sophisticated fund formation work for national and international clients. Multiple opportunities are available, with hybrid work options and partnership-track positions.
Requirements
- 2+ years of investment funds, fund formation, or private equity experience.
- Experience representing private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, sponsors, or institutional investors.
- Experience with fund formation, sponsor-side work, carried interest arrangements, or fund governance.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Excellent academic credentials.
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required.
- Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to become admitted.
Responsibilities
- Represent private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, sponsors, or institutional investors.
- Engage in fund formation, sponsor-side work, carried interest arrangements, or fund governance.
- Utilize strong drafting, negotiation, and organizational skills.
