The role also involves reviewing valuation analyses such as Discounted Cash Flows, trading comparables, transaction comparables, leveraged buyout analysis, and business financial combination analyses prepared by analysts. Additionally, the position requires reviewing financial data, building financial models, and preparing financial analysis. The role will lead workstreams in the execution of corporate finance transactions, including M&A and capital markets transactions, across both equity offerings and debt issuances. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to manage project timelines, gather deliverables, and communicate findings to senior team members of clients. The role also entails conducting industry and market research to execute M&A and capital raising transactions, monitoring industry trends, and sharing reports and analyses with the broader team, senior executives, and clients. Preparation of internal documentation, such as internal control and compliance processes, is also a key duty. This position requires up to 25% domestic and international travel.
