About The Position

As a member of the Investment Banking Technology team, you will be working with the team’s senior bankers on servicing and executing client transactions. This role combines deep sector expertise with technology-driven solutions. The VP responsibilities of your role will include a combination of execution and client coverage including; valuation, financial analysis, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal financing and process management. You will also be responsible for business and industry research and analysis, preparation of transaction marketing materials and high-quality client deliverables, and development, training, and mentoring of junior bankers assigned to projects.

Requirements

A minimum of 6-10 years of total investment banking experience
Demonstrated track record within the Technology sector is a requirement for this role
Comprehensive knowledge of the corporate banking business and its related products, pertinent regulations and lending and credit approval processes
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
SIE, Series 63 and 79

Nice To Haves

MBA or other relevant graduate degree desirable, but not required
Specific Software experience is strongly preferred
