The Role Our client seeks an experienced Vice President or Director to join their Consumer Group in San Francisco or Minneapolis. As a VP or Director, you will serve as an integral leader across all phases of the firm's M&A advisory activities, bridging senior leadership and junior bankers while maintaining direct client contact. This position offers substantial autonomy and responsibility from day one. You will lead M&A transactions from pitch through closing, overseeing the integrity of valuation analyses and financial models while actively contributing to new business development. The role demands both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement, requiring you to balance big-picture deal strategy with detailed execution.
