Evercore seeks to hire Investment Banking Summer Associates for its Menlo Park Technology Group. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior bankers on a variety of technology transactions, including M&A, divestitures, restructurings, strategic and financing alternatives, and capital raising. The program provides a strong platform for learning investment banking and assuming responsibility early in one's career, with a focus on quantitative and analytical skills and strategic thinking regarding client issues.
Requirements
- Current First Year MBA student from a top business school
- Strong grasp of corporate finance, valuation, and financial accounting
- Superior analytical skills and demonstrated excellence in academic coursework
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to articulate ideas
- Outstanding communications skills, both written and oral
- Great work ethic
- Enthusiastic, outgoing, and achievement-oriented character
Nice To Haves
- Preferably three or more years of relevant work experience

- Conducting financial and valuation analysis
- Resolving complex financial and accounting issues

Benefits
- Expected Base Salary Range: $185,000 – $185,000
