Your work in the following areas will ensure that our clients (entrepreneurs) get everything they deserve (and then some) when the time comes for a transaction: Collaborating with Analysts and deal teams to create financial models and analysis, pitches, market reports, presentations, confidential information memorandums, and other materials essential to successful deals Other duties as assigned Everything we do at Class VI is driven by our company-wide mission to Empower the Entrepreneurial Spirit. Requirements
- Undergraduate student with an anticipated graduation year in 2028
- Relevant degree with strong academic track record (3.5 GPA or higher)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong quantitative/analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with financial analysis and three-statement operating models
- Working understanding of the M&A process
- Demonstrated maturity, integrity, and the ability to perform in an entrepreneurial environment, both individually and as a team player
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills
- Comfort using and directing AI tools to improve output while retaining full ownership of quality, accuracy, and judgment
- Ability to work in-person, 5 days/week, in Denver, CO
- Authorization to work anywhere in the U.S. without sponsorship
