About The Position

Wells Fargo Corporate & Investment Banking delivers a comprehensive suite of capital markets, banking, and financial products and services to over 12,000 clients around the world, including over 90% of the S&P 500. Investment Banking delivers strategic advisory, capital raising, and risk management expertise for global corporations, financial sponsors, institutional clients, and alternative asset managers. The Investment Banking Analyst Program is a two-year experience designed for undergraduates interested in building the technical and professional skills required for a long-term career in investment banking. Analysts are aligned to a product or industry coverage group where they support live transactions, prepare client materials, collaborate with bankers, and receive ongoing mentorship and feedback. As a full-time Analyst, you will contribute directly to transaction execution and client delivery.

Requirements

6+ months of Investment Banking Program experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

FINRA background screening requirements. Candidates must successfully complete and pass a background check prior to hire. Successful candidates must also meet and comply with ongoing regulatory obligations, which include periodic screening and mandatory reporting of certain incidents.
