Across public and private transactions, the Group advises clients on preparation, positioning, valuation, investor messaging, and end-to-end execution of the financing process. The Group maintains direct dialogue with a wide range of institutional investors, including private equity sponsors, venture capital firms, hedge funds, alternative asset managers, bank and non-bank lenders, sovereign wealth and pension funds, family offices, and other capital providers, to ensure the appropriate capital pool can be accessed for our clients.
