Requirements
- 4-6+ years of M&A investment banking experience with demonstrated focus on software sectors
- Proven track record of 3-4+ closed software M&A transactions
- Strong technical proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and lead deal execution
- Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
Responsibilities
- Lead execution of complex software M&A transactions from origination through close
- Manage all aspects of deal workflow including financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction documentation
- Develop and maintain relationships with software company executives and decision-makers
- Mentor and develop junior team members on transaction execution
- Conduct strategic and financial analysis to support client advisory services
- Prepare marketing materials, management presentations, and Board-level presentations
- Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other transaction advisors
